Floresan Boyalar

Floresan mikroskopide, preparatlara kısa dalgalı ışıkla ışın uygulaması yapılır ve belli yapılar veya boyalar nedeniyle yayılan uzun dalgalı ışık (floresan) gözlemlenir. Bu amaçla uzun dalgalı ultraviyole (UV) ışık ya da mavi viyole ışık kullanılır. Başlangıçta, numunelerin yaydığı doğal floresans analiz edilmiş; daha sonra, floresan olmayan preparatlar az miktarda floresan boya ile işaretlenip mikroskop altında analiz edilmiştir. Hücrelerin, hücre bileşenlerinin, kromozomların, bakterilerin boyamasında ve görüntülenmesinde ve antijen-antikor reaksiyonlarının saptanmasında floresan boyalar kullanılır.

Overview	Rhodamine B (C.I. 45170) is a dry dye for fluorescence Tb staining of bacteriological smears and histological tissue sections of human origin.The mechanism is a non-specific binding of fluorescence dye on a substrate, similar to the classical Ziehl-Neelsen method, although the heating of the Rhodamine B color solution can be avoided. The dye is a CE certified IVD product and has a constant dye content and a reliable high quality, which is one of the major precondition for a reproducible diagnostic staining.
