General description
MES sodium salt is commonly employed as buffer. Useful pH range for MES sodium salt is 5.5 to 6.7.
Application
MES sodium salt is suitable for cell culture and diagnostic assay manufacturing. It was used to prepare buffer to study the expression profiling by microarrays. It may be used as buffer to investigate the enzymatic degradation of DNA to nucleosides by P1 nuclease.[1]
